Customize the top message on the thank you page

You can customize the default message at the top of the thank you page in the health survey settings.

Here's how to do it:

1. Click on "Surveys" in the top navigation.

2. Click on the survey menu icon at the top-right and click Settings:

3. Click on the Thank You Page tab in the health settings navigation.

4. The first box at the top labeled 'Initial response thank you message' is what you'll customize. Once done, click the Save button at the bottom.
