Resubscribing to Emails

Has someone stopped receiving all emails from GroupVitals and wants to receive them again? If so, here are a couple of ways to make that happen:

  1. Have them open up any previous email sent to them from GroupVitals. At the bottom of that email, they'll click on the "Change my email notification settings" link. From there, it will take them to a page where they can turn back on any emails they'd like to receive again.
  2. If option 1 doesn't work, then that means they've likely at some point clicked "Unsubscribe from all emails sent using GroupVitals" which opts them out of all emails, regardless of their settings. This is to comply with U.S. CAN-SPAM laws. In order to resubscribe them, please contact us and we'll get them back on the list.
  3. If options 1 and 2 don't work, that means their email might be blacklisted with our email system. This could happen due to their email being rejected/bouncing too many times. Contact us and we'll investigate and try to remove them from the blacklist, once we can confirm their email is correctly set. Note: In order to comply with certain spam laws, we'll need to receive confirmation from the person that they would like to receive emails from us again. You can either forward us their email confirming they'd like to be added back to our mailing list, or have them contact us directly.
