Sending out Group Health Surveys

The Group Health Surveys was fundamentally designed to be sent out once per group member. That said, we've had lots of conversations with customers who would like to see a continuous health survey option, e.g. to send out to group members every x weeks/attendance or set up specific dates to have the survey sent out. There's a lot of work to be done to be able to better support a member taking the survey more than once for their group, but it's definitely something that's on our radar for things we'd like to develop in the future!

For the time being, you can re-send the health survey to group members who have already taken it for their group. To do this, you'll have to manually go to each group's profile and click on the menu button and from the drop-down have it send the health survey. Note: The only issue here is that a group member's new answers will overwrite their existing ones. You can always do an export of health survey answers via the health survey dashboard, and we can encourage you to do that to save your survey data!

Another thing to note is that we store each answer as the group member takes the survey, in real-time. So if they decide to only answer some of the questions, it will show up along with their previous health survey answers (which you would have no clue which answers are from which time you sent the survey!) On occasion, we will wipe every group member's health survey answers for a customer and then send the health survey to all active group members, all at once. If this is something you're interested in, you can contact us and  we'd be happy to take care of this (just be sure to export the previous answers for your records!)
