How do I delete a campus?

Deleting a campus can sound intimidating, but rest assured we're here to make it as easy and fail-safe for you as possible.

If you are needing to delete a campus, you'll navigate to the settings > campuses. Once there, you'll click on the read X button next to the campus you'd like to delete. For example, let's say we need to delete "GroupVitals South Campus" *Note: deleting a campus can only be done by someone with admin access.

If you presses the red X by accident, don't worry! Not all is lost just yet. After you press that button, you'll see a pop-up window that will give you the total number of members and groups tied to that campus, and also allow you to select the campus those members and groups should be reassigned to. If you didn't mean to press the button or aren't quite ready to delete your campus, you'll also have the option to go back.

If you're ready to delete the campus, make sure you reassign all of the groups and members to a new campus and then press "Yep, I'm ready. Delete this campus." Once you press this button, the deletion can't be reversed!

Once your campus has been deleted, you'll immediately see that removed from your organization's list of campuses, and all of those groups and members from the now deleted campus will be tied to the one you specified previously.
