GroupFinder Submission Text Alerts

Group leaders can opt-into receive a text message whenever someone fills out the contact form on their online GroupFinder profile. This text will include a private link to view the sign ups name, email, phone number and message they filled in on the group's sign up form. No login is required to view this information. The only requirement is that the leader currently has the leader role turned on and they have a cell # on file.

There are a few ways leaders can set this up:

1. Have the leader text the word "signups" to (615) 270-8913. It will then ask them to reply "yes" to confirm they'd like to receive a text 

2. At the bottom of an email you're leader has received via GroupVitals (attendance reminder, group sign up notification, etc..) click on the link in the bottom of the email labeled "Change my email notification settings" which will take them to their My Notifications page (no login required) where they can toggle on to receive texts for group sign ups.

3. The leader (or administrator) can login to GroupVitals and go to the leader's profile > edit profile tab and next to their email, click the button labeled "Manage Notifications" and the leader (or administrator) can toggle on to receive texts for group sign ups.
