Add a new prospect

Make the group placement process simple and easy to keep up with by using the Manage Prospects Pipeline.

How to add a new prospect:

1. Click on the People link in the top navigation, then click on Prospects in the drop-down.

2. Click the blue Add Prospects button at the top-right sub-navigation.

3. Perform a search for that prospects name.

If they exist:

4. If they exist in the system, then select the prospect and click the Add as Prospect button.

If they don't exist:

4 a. Click the Add as a New Person button.

4 b. Fill out the form to add them as a new person and then click to add them as a prospect.

When added, that prospect will be added to the Prospects column by default.

Notes:

Prospects who fill out the group sign up form will also be automatically entered into the Prospect column and will say "Web Form" underneath their name.

If you see prospects for the first time under the Connected column, that means they have been added to a group via the GroupFinder form for a specific group. To see which group they requested to join, click on their name to pull up their prospect info.
