How to Reset Password

If you or someone with an account is having a hard time logging in or have forgotten their password, they should reset their password. Here's how:

1. Go to your unique GroupVitals login page on your accounts unique subdomain. For example: https://sccgroups.groupvitals.com/ - if your already logged in, it will likely take you to your dashboard. So you'll want to log out by click on the user icon in the top-right and from the drop-down, click logout.

2. Below the login form, click the link that says "Forgot Password?" 

3. On the forgot password page, you can either enter the email of the account you'd like to reset and hit the Reset Password button, or, copy and paste the URL to this page and send it to the person who needs to reset their password for them to do it.

4. Upon hitting the Reset Password button, an email will be sent to that person with a link that will take them to a page to reset their password.
