Someone isn't receiving an email sent through GroupVitals

There are several possible reasons someone might not get the email:

1. They don't have an email on file.

2. Their email on file is incorrect (double check the spelling and remove any extra spaces).

3. They've unsubscribed from all emails. You can check and see for your self on their profile page. Next to their email, it will label them as unsubscribed. If this is the case, please get their permission to resubscribe to emails and then contact us to add them back on the list.

4. They unsubscribed from the specific kind of email you're sending them. There currently isn't a way for you to see which emails someone has unsubscribed from, but we can give you that information upon request.

5. The email is going to their spam/junk folder. Have them double-check for it there.

6. Our email system (we use Mandrill by MailChimp) has blocked all emails to this person because they've either marked one of our emails as spam (as a round-about way of unsubscribing from getting emails from GroupVitals), their email bounced back to our system, saying the email doesn't exist or is rejected. 

If items above are not the issue, we can look into what our email system is reporting upon request.
