FAQ: Why can't a group leader edit a members profile information?

If you have leaders complaining about only being able to view a member's profile details and not make changes, it's because your account has this editing option disabled.

Here's how to enable allowing leaders to edit group member profile:

1. Login to GroupVitals as an account admin.

2. In the top-right, click on the gear icon and in the drop-down click on groups to go the settings for groups.

3. In the list of setting toggles, toggle on the one that's labeled "Block group leader from editing member personal information"

4. Click save changes.
