Importing Data from Community Church Builder to GroupVitals

Currently, GroupVitals doesn't have an integration / sync with CCB. However, many CCB churches use GroupVitals and keep data updated between the two systems through exports and imports they perform periodically.

To export your current people and groups information from Community Church Builder:

1. For exporting groups, you'll click on "Groups." Click on the My Reports icon at the top right (looks like a piece of paper with a graph on it) and select "Export Groups." Make sure to include all campuses and/or departments that you want to transfer over to GroupVitals. From there, run the report.
2. For exporting people, you'll click on "people" and again select the My Reports icon and select "Export Individuals or Change Log." From there, you'll select "Export Individuals" and run the report.

Once you've exported all of your people and groups, you can transfer that information directly into a spreadsheet, contact us and we can get that data imported for you. 

Please keep each group and person's CCB ID # in the spreadsheet. We store this in our database so that whenever you export data or we do an custom export for you, it will include their CCB ID # which makes importing and matching a lot easier and keeps your data cleaner.
