Leader Login or Access Error Messages

Do you have a group leader or coach who's seeing an error message about account privileges and access? Here are some possible reasons why:

- Their leader role was recently toggled to inactive.

- They are no longer a leader of the group they are trying to access.

- Their profile was merged recently and their leader or login information wasn't merged properly.

- They once shared a login with a spouse, but no longer do and will need to create their own.

- The page they are trying to access is an old cache of a group or person they once had access to, but no longer do. Have them clear their browser cache and try again.

- They are trying to access a person's profile who's no longer under their span of care.
