Resources Group Types Visibility Setting

You can limit a resource's visibility to people connected to a specific group type.

If you select "All" for group types, then there is no limitation for this resource when it comes to group types. It will only be limited by what you have selected for Roles and Campuses.

Visibility for leadership roles outside of groups

When it comes to roles outside of a group such as a Senior Coach or Coach, the group type visibility will limit based upon the Senior Coach or Coach's span of care. Meaning, they'll only be able to see Resources that are visible to groups under their span of care that have the group type you have selected. Of course, if you don't select for Senior Coaches and Coaches as a role that can view the resource, then they won't be able to.
