How to Update Billing, Debit and Credit Card Info
To update the billing information on your account, just follow these steps:
1. Login to GroupVitals as an account admin.
2. In the top-right nav, click the gear icon and then click Billing in the dropdown.
3. Near the top-right of the billing page, click the blue Update Card button.
4. Enter your new card information and click Update Card.
The next time your billing is due, we'll charge it to this new card.
If you have an invoice that is overdue, it will automatically retry with the new card information within the next couple of days.
