How to Receive a Discount when you Pre-Pay for 12 Months!

If you pay one-time in full for 12 months of access to GroupVitals, we'll give you 2 of those months free! So essentially, you're only paying for 10 months but you're getting 12 months of full access. That means you can save anywhere between $98 and $500 a year, depending upon your plan.

Here's how the process works:

1. Let us know which pricing plan will best reflect your average throughout the next year and what months you'd like to pre-pay for.

2. If needed, add or update your debit/credit card on your billing page within GroupVitals.

2. Once we land on a specific plan, we'll email you a total for the year, with the 2 month discount for you to review and get your approval to charge your card on file.

3. We'll charge your card for the approved amount.

4. We'll apply a 100% discount to your plan for the next 12 months. After 12 months, it will automatically remove that 100% discount and begin charging you monthly, unless you'd like to pre-pay for another full year.

A few more notes:

If you end up having more active groups than you anticipated, you'll be able to add them at no additional cost to you. Before your next renewal, we'll likely bump up your plan. If you had less group than anticipated, then upon the next renewal we can lower plan.
