CCB: Adding New People

You can add new people into GroupVitals and they'll sync over to CCB during the nightly sync and new people added in CCB will sync over to GV.

Each new person will be assigned a CCB Membership Type of your choosing. Learn more about that here.

Here are the places where a new person might be added in GV and sent to CCB:

- Manually by a staff or admin in various places within the software

- A leader adding a new person to their group

- A new person signs up for a group on the GroupFinder and we didn't find a name, email or phone # match to an existing record

- A new person signs up for a group on the general sign up form and we didn't find a name, email or phone # match to an existing record

- A guest on the group attendance

- A new prospect

- A leader filled out a roster check and added a new person
