We made more tweaks to the GroupFinder to be more accommodating for online groups with meeting links and not physical addresses.
We fixed a bug with the people list export option where filtered statuses (role, type, etc) weren't working.

We fixed a bug that wasn't including all people in a people export.
We fixed a bug that wasn't saving notes for Prospects added into the Prospect Pipeline manually.
We fixed a bug so that you can change attendance from "Didn't Meet" to "Met" and take attendance if needed.
We fixed a bug with our Messages center so that if you select "Other People" but don't include a further specifics, the default will be to send it to no one (instead of everyone 😳)

To better support groups this year, we added new meeting location types such as: in-person, online, in person and/or online, and on campus.
We updated our GroupFinder list view so that full groups appear in alphabetical order and are easier to find.

We fixed a bug that was not showing a custom "group leader" role from appearing when adding someone via the group's profile page.

We made some upgrades to help make things easier and clearer for coaches and senior coaches! These roles now have their own hub to view all of the groups within the span of care, and groups under a coach or senior coach's span of care are now visible in their profile tabs.
We hid the attendance toggle so that group leaders do not have the ability to turn off attendance tracking for their group.
We now support adding your organization's logo to your personal GroupFinder!

We fixed a bug that was causing groups to automatically archive before the final meeting.
We fixed a bug where dates manually typed into the calendar on the main dashboard and groups hub would not update the date range automatically.
We fixed a pesky bug that was causing prospects to not flow through the pipeline correctly.

By popular demand, we've added a new Resources section! If you as an admin have resources you want to share with group leaders, such as training material (pdfs, links to videos, etc..) or PDF discussion guides, etc you can share those privately right in GroupVitals.
We added a way to track Google analytics so that you can see how many people are checking out your GroupFinder, logging in to your personal sub-domain, and more!
We've updated our wording and also offered more customization to be more inclusive of all types of organizations that are using GroupVitals!
We increased our file size to 10 mb in our messages center.

We removed "prospect" from the list of default people statuses for the F1 settings, as this status does not yet sync correctly.
We fixed a bug that was causing guests who attended a group three times to not automatically become members.
We fixed a bug that was preventing a new person from syncing over to F1 when connected with a spouse.

We made some improvements to our GroupFinder matching to catch duplicates before they happen!
We added more limitations to ensure that staff assigned to specific campuses aren't able to add group members from outside campuses.

We fixed a bug that was not auto-populating the correct address when a group was changed back to an "off campus" address.
We fixed a bug that was making groups with an end date archive instead of being set to inactive.
We fixed a bug that was preventing people without sub statuses set from syncing correctly to F1.

We added a feature to include online groups website/meeting links to support groups meeting virtually.
We disabled addresses from GroupVitals being pushed to FellowshipOne. Addresses can still be updated in FellowshipOne, and will sync over to GroupVitals during the nightly sync if a change needs to be made.
We improved things behind the scenes to better track errors with F1 churches.
We fixed a bug that was sending out a physical address for groups that meet online.

Group Profile:
- Group created date
- When attendance turned off/on
- When a group was made open/closed
- When the max # of people changed (see old max and new max)
- When the GroupFinder sign up form status changed (form enabled/disabled)
- When an email was sent to the group (and see email contents)
- When a text was sent to the group (see text contents)
- When the group's name is changed (show old name and new name)
Person
- Person created date
- When added to group and with what role guest/member/leader/host, etc..
- When they became a prospect
- When their people status changed (see old and new)
- When their leadership role changed (which role toggled on/off)
- When an email was sent to them (only see subject line for privacy reasons)
- When a mass email was sent to them via messages area - only see subject line)
- When they created a login account
- When they were sent an account invite
- When they were merged with another record (you'll see the name and ID # of the duplicate they were merged with)
We removed the "Update Group Roster" button on the attendance form for archived groups. It's possible for a group to be archived and for the leader to take attendance on the next day for a meeting that took place before it archived. However, at that point, it didn't make sense to show the leader the update roster button for their archived group.

We fixed a bug where start dates were showing up incorrectly on the dashboard (could've been caused by 2020 being a leap year! 😜)
We fixed a bug that wasn't pushing connected spouses as group members in F1.

We added a feature to automatically reactivate a leader's role when they are added back to a group.
We added an "Inactive" badge to indicate on a group leader's profile to indicate if one more of their groups were currently inactive
🐜 Bug Fixes 👇
We fixed a link in our "Prospect Added" email that now takes you directly to the Prospect Pipeline when clicked, instead of to the prospect's profile.
We fixed a bug on the GroupFinder so that messages are only able to be sent one at a time for F1 churches.
We fixed a similar bug when adding a note to an attendance report so that multiple notes aren't added (and multiple emails aren't sent out!)

We fixed a bug that was preventing new group leaders from viewing their accounts once they entered their password.
We fixed a bug that was not notifying coaches and senior coaches when a roster check had been completed for groups and leaders within their span of care.
We fixed a bug where active groups were reverting back to inactive status after being made active.
We fixed a bug where a secondary address was not pushing over from GroupVitals to FellowshipOne.
