CCB: Limited Access Users

CCB provides a setting for each person called Limited Access User.

If this setting is checked on a person's profile and you add them as the main group leader in GroupVitals, then CCB will not let GV sync the group until the Limited Access User is removed from this person's profile or you add a new main group leader who doesn't have this setting.
