CCB: Existing People and Groups Before Setting Up The Sync
If you have existing "real" people and/or groups in your GroupVitals account before you setup the sync with CCB, then please follow these instructions in order to prevent creating duplicate records.
1. For each person, be sure the full name and email in the GV profile matches what's in their CCB profile. The initial sync will look for a match with this information and connect the two profiles, preventing duplicates.
2. For each group, contact us and let us know their GroupVitals group name and if the group is in CCB include their CCB ID # (Here's how to find their CCB ID #)
