Customize the fields on the group sign up form

At this point, we are unable to offer any customizations to the dropdown content on the form. However, within the fields provided, you have full flexibility to hide, show, and move all of those elements to maximize the fit for your organization. 

Note that it's our goal to one day give you the ability to completely customize this form.
