FAQ: Why can't I use the same name for multiple groups?

Because GroupVitals integrates with 3rd party CRM's and people management databases, so we're forced to require that every group has a unique name.

We suggest appending sequential letters or numbers, a word or phrase to the end of the group name in this situation. This will help you easily pull up all the groups with a similar name when doing a name search on the Groups page. Here are some examples:

- Women's Group Fall [Year]

- Couple's Group [Year]

- Singles Group Tuesday Nights
