Understand Health Survey Metrics and Emoticons

From the Health Survey page, you'll see a number of metrics that will help guide you to understanding the specifics of how group members answered. 

Overall Health Survey: This is an equally weighted average of the three core components of your health survey (Group Promoter Score, Growing Spiritually and Feel Connected), across all of your surveys. 

Group Promoter Score (GPS): The Group Promoter Score is on answered on a scale of 1-10 (1-Not Likely -> 10-Very Likely) a group member will receive in the survey email. 

Growing Spiritually: This metric is a reflection of the answers to the yes or no question, "Because of your small group, have you grown spiritually?" 

Feeling Connected: This metric is a reflection of the answers to the yes or no question, "Are you experiencing community with the people in your group?"

Understanding the emoticons

We use emoticons to help provide you quick visual queue to survey responses and what areas might benefit from a second look.

:| = 51-74% 

:) = 75%+
