Set an end date for a group

For an existing group

On the groups profile, click EDIT GROUP from the sub-nav. On the edit tab, then click on the Ends On date field to select your date and hit save.

What happens when a group ends

When the group ends, it will automatically be archived and email notifications will be sent out. You can always "unarchive" the group if they pick back up.

From staff, down to coaches will get an email notification when a group ends. Anyone can turn on/off this notification in their personal notification settings.
