Cancel My Account

Looking to cancel your GroupVitals account? No sweat. Here's what you need to know:

1. When we cancel your account, we permanently delete all of your data. We're happy to send you exports of your current groups and people data upon request. But note you'll lose all historical data on groups and people - their involvement history, metrics, etc..

2. Determine the end of your current billing cycle to time out when you'd like to cancel. Such as before you're charged again for the next cycle. You can determine this billing cycle data in the bottom of the billing page where all of your invoices are listed.

3. Fill out the account cancellation form (please give us 48-96 business hours to cancel your account)

4. We'll follow-up with you to confirm your cancellation.
