Turn off new prospect email notifications

If you're receiving emails about new prospects; people who have expressed interest in joining a group via the GroupFinder or the general group signup form, then you can turn off these email notifications in your My Settings area. Here's how:

Step 1: In the top-right navigation, click on your profile picture and from the drop-down, click on My Settings.

Step 2: In the left settings menu, click on My Settings.

Step 3: Scroll down under the Small Group Notifications section and toggle off

• a prospect is added / removed
• a prospect is assigned / removed from a small group

Step 4: Save changes.

Note:

If you're the staff member responsible for prospects, you'll see a warning message if you toggle these off.
