Send an email message to multiple prospects

If you'd like to send a mass email message to prospects, follow these steps:

Step 1: From the main navigation, click "Messages."

Step 2: On the left is a list of possible recipients. Check "Prospects."

Step 3: On the right, use the drop-downs to segment down your list of prospects you'd like to email. Such as by the stage they are in, group preference, marital status, etc..

Step 4: Once you create your segmented list, click Draft Message and you'll see the list of recipient prospects on the right.
