FAQ: Can I add a group underneath the span of care for a coach (someone who oversees group leaders)?

With GroupVitals, you connect people with people. So if you have a coach (or equivalent), you would go to that coach's profile, click on the Coach tab and add people / group leaders under their span of care.

We don't support connecting coaches directly with groups. If you want to see which groups are within a coach's span of care, you can go to the groups page then in the search filters, you'll see a drop-down list of all your coaches you can select from.

When a coach logs into GroupVitals that are taken to their personal profile. From there, they can only access all leaders within their span of care and all the groups associated with those leaders. That's it. They can also take notes on people and groups within their span of care, but only the coach and staff can see those notes. A coach cannot see notes taken by staff members on a person or group. I hope that's helpful!
