Accept / Decline Email for GroupFinder Prospects
When someone fills out a group's form on their public GroupFinder profile, by default, they are given the prospect status. (Learn how you can change this to member or guest). When they fill out this GroupFinder form, an email is sent to each leader of the group with the prospect's information along with an Accept or Decline button. See below:
Accept Button
When this button is clicked, the prospect instantly becomes a Member of the group and they are sent an email notification with the groups information. See below:
Decline Button
When this button is clicked, the prospect is instantly removed from the group (no email is sent to them about this) and the staff member who oversees prospects will receive an email notification and the prospect will have the Declined status on the Prospect Pipeline.
