Why isn't information with F1 syncing anymore?

If you find that information or data isn't syncing correctly with FellowshipOne, there are several options to explore:

All Information Isn't Syncing

1. The F1 add-on in your GroupVitals account has been disabled or the connection has been disconnected.

2. The F1 group types you setup to sync with GroupVitals are no longer set in the F1 settings in GroupVitals. Or, those F1 group types no longer exist in F1.

3. Your F1 API access token (kind of like a special password for us) with GroupVitals has expired and we were unable to automatically renew it with F1. In this case, an account admin should receive an email and see a banner explaining this. To fix it, you'll need to re-connect GroupVitals and F1 via the F1 add-on settings in GroupVitals.

4. The F1 portal user who setup your GroupVitals and F1 connection is no longer an active F1 portal member. You'll need to make them active again or setup a new F1 portal user in F1 who is and then reconnect GroupVitals and F1 via the F1 settings in the add-ons area.

Some Groups or People Aren't Syncing

1. The group no longer exists in F1. They might have been deleted.

2. The group's F1 group type was changed in F1. You'll need to change it back if it's an active group.

3. The person no longer exists in F1. You'll need to contact us and we can help correct this.

4. The person was merged with a duplicate in F1, but on a different day, merged in GroupVitals. Duplicates need to be merged on the same day in both systems to avoid issues.

5. The person was merged with a duplicate in F1 and GroupVitals, but the wrong F1 ID# was merged to create one master record. Learn how to fix this here.

If none of the above works, contact us and we'll be happy to help!
