How to set a group to full
When a group has reached its max capacity, there are two options to indicate this:
1. GroupVitals will automatically set it to full because it's reached its set max capacity.
(This requires the "Limit the max # of people in a group" to be enabled by an admin in Settings > Groups)
2. It can be manually set as "Closed" by the group leader, group admin, coach, account admin or staff.
