FAQ: What happens when someone fills out the group interest form on the GroupFinder?

3 things happens here:

1. The person will receive an email confirmation.*

2. The group's leaders and admins will receive an email notification*. They may also get a text notification, if they have turned that on. (See more here)

3. You as a staff member may get an email notification, if you're the person who's set to be responsible for prospects. This will depend upon your personal email notification settings.   Learn how to check for this particular setting.

* What kind of email they get determines upon the GroupFinder setting on how to handle new signups. They can either become a prospect (default), member or guest. Learn more about this here
