Assign a Senior Coach to a Coach (or equivalent)
If you have someone who oversees a coach (people who oversee a leader) we refer to them as a senior coach. You may call them something different and you can customize this title as well. We refer to this as span of care. Senior coaches are often times staff members.
With GroupVitals, you connect senior coaches directly to people (e.g, coaches) and not groups. You'll be able to see which senior coach is connected to a specific group on that group's profile, on the left sidebar. You can also see all of the group's connected to a senior coach by going to that senior coach's profile and click on their senior coach tab to view all the groups under their span of care. Lastly, if you go to your main Groups listing page, there's a search filter with a dropdown list of your senior coaches you can select to just see groups under their span of care.
How to assign a senior coach (or equivalent) to a coach (or equivalent):
1. First, be sure the senior coach and the coach both have a role of senior coach and coach. You can add that role via their personal profile page by clicking on the "Edit" tab and scroll to the bottom and toggle on this role.
2. Navigate to the senior coach's profile and click on the "Senior Coach" tab in the sub-menu. (Note: It will be labeled to whatever you have customized this to).
3. Click on the "Add Coach" box below on the Senior Coach tab page.
4. Do a search for the coach's name and check their name and click Finish.
